What is the Monthly Smooth Memberships?

The Monthly Smooth Memberships is a recurring monthly membership designed for consistent hair-removal care. Our memberships start at $85 per month, each member receives our smooth signature aftercare service with every membership appointment.

What services are included in my membership?

We currently offer 2 different memberships:

The B2B Smooth -Each monthly cycle includes:

One (1) Brazilian wax
One (1) underarm wax

Signature Smooth Aftercare Treatment

The FULL Smooth -Each monthly cycle includes:

One (1) Brow wax
One (1) Brazilian wax

One (1) Underarm Wax

Signature Smooth Aftercare Treatment

Services reset monthly and must be used within the same billing period.

Do unused services roll over to the next month?

No. Membership services do not roll over. Any unused services expire at the end of each billing cycle.

How much does the membership cost?

The Monthly Smooth Memberships vary depending on tier

B2B Smooth is $85 per month

Full Smooth is $100 per month

Both are billed automatically on a recurring basis.

Do I need a card on file?

Yes. A valid card is required to maintain an active membership and access member benefits.


What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails:

Your membership is temporarily paused

Member booking access is blocked

You’ll be notified to update your payment

Once your payment is successfully updated, your subscription membership benefits will automatically be restored. Multiple times of failed payments we consider abuse of subscription membership benefits, therefore access to ALL subscriptions opprtunities will be revoked.

Does the membership automatically book my appointment?

No. Memberships provide access to services, but appointments must be booked separately using your member booking access.

Can I use my membership for someone else?

No. Membership benefits are exclusive to the account holder and are not transferable.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. Memberships may be canceled according to the membership agreement. Any already billed month will remain active through the end of that billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused services.

Can I pause my membership?

At this time, memberships cannot be paused unless there is a billing issue. Future options may be introduced as the membership program expands.

Are add-ons or upgrades included?

No. Add-on services and upgrades are not included and may be purchased separately at the time of booking.
